Outstanding Debtors
Please talk to us if you are experiencing difficulties. Otherwise –
Any membership invoice(s) outstanding and the member has made use of the gym at least once during the billing period –
- Where the first payment request has failed, we will be re-submitted the payment request. The member will be advised that their payment request failed and that it has been resubmitted.
- If it fails a second time, it will be re-submitted. No administration fee will be charged.
- If it fails a again, it will be resubmitted along with the new month’s invoice. A £5 Administration fee will also be charged.
- If these fail we will hand the Member over to debt collector, along with a charge for collection fees.
Any membership invoice(s) outstanding but the member has not made use of the gym during the billing period –

- If these fail we will hand the Member’s membership will be terminated.
